The space This listing is for the entire Edgewood property, spanning about an acre and featuring two homes. The main house boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a spacious 3,700 sq ft, accommodating 21 people in beds, with an additional kids' nook and multiple couches throughout. The rental includes a boat slip, a short drive or walk/bike ride away. You can walk from this house to the village for ice cream, dinner, or a visit to the General Store for groceries and various shops. Whether it's art fairs, the Walloon Woodies Festival, triathlons, or ice skating in the winter rink (free skates at Tommy's), this location has it all. There's also a public beach with pickleball and basketball courts and playground equipment. Everything is within walking distance, or you can use the provided bikes. This vacation rental stands out with its high-quality furniture, linens, and features. Most furniture, mattresses, and bedding are brand new, with larger beds being Saatva brand and incredibly comfortable. The bunks are equipped with Helix Midnight mattresses, suitable for adults up to 250lbs. The bedding is from the Company Store, ensuring a perfect sleep. The well-stocked kitchen includes a Breville brew pot, standard coffee pot, Fellow French press, and Breville grinder, with brand new appliances and ample cookware, bakeware, flatware, drinkware, barware, blender, air fryer, crock pot, gas grill, and more. Outdoor and indoor games, books, puzzles, Samsung QLED TVs with fast WiFi, a spacious yard for family games, a hot tub, outdoor dining table, and a cartoon-like treehouse for younger ones complete the experience. The Big House's garage holds various toys, including bikes, balls, cornhole, exercise staples, pickleball gear, basketball, lawn games, paddleboards, kayaks, storage for snow gear, boat tubes, lake floats, etc. The main floor features a lake-view living room-dining room combo with a wood-burning fireplace. There's also a queen bedroom and full bathroom on this level, along with the kitchen and laundry (detergent and softener included). The second floor includes a library, a primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with a king bed and dedicated desk, and a bunk room with two twin bunks and two twin/full bunks. The basement is a fun space with a full-size pool table, ping-pong table, card/game table, and a TV area. The Loft House welcomes you with a wrap-around porch leading to an open concept space with a dining area and living room overlooking the lake. A full bath and laundry room with ski storage are on this level. A secret "bear den" under the stairs provides a mattress for little cubs. The loft house does not have A/C but has a huge attic fan system that keeps the space comfortable during the summer. Upstairs, a loft with a queen bed, Bedroom 1 with another queen bed, and Bedroom 2 with a twin bunk bed and trundle are featured. The second full bathroom has a glass door shower. The loft's queen bed is open to the living room below. Across the street, you'll find public lake access where you can swim, launch paddleboards or kayaks, or simply float to sunbathe in the water. When booking one house or the other the outdoor areas (including hot tub) and the garage toys are shared between the two houses.
