The space Private driveway for parking Primary Bedroom - King Bed with a Smart TV and walk-in closet. Guest Room - Queen Bed with dedicated work area. Guest Room - Bunk bed (Twin over Full) with a Smart TV and walk-in closet. **All Bedrooms have a closet with hangers, extra linen, and blankets** Kitchen - Equipped with everything a cook needs to feel at home. Includes a Drip Coffee Maker with complimentary coffee & sugar, microwave, waffle maker, a toaster oven that is also an air fryer, spices, (more than just your basics), plenty of pots and pans & much more. Living room is a cozy space to enjoy family time or to watch your favorite show. The laundry area includes a brand-new washer and dryer along with a supply of laundry detergent and fabric softener. There is an ironing board and iron. Left out for guests is a caddy with cleaning supplies if ever needed. The backyard is fenced-in with plenty of room to play and enjoy. Guest access Guests have full access to the home. The garage is not available for guest use at this time. Other things to note Please note that the included fee is for stays less than 5 days. For any stay that is 5 days or over but less than 10 days is $130. Any stay 10 days or over but less than 14 days is $150. Please inquire directly before booking stays over 2 weeks.
