Spacious lakefront vacation home

Our lake front home offers ample space for your entire family! Perfect for family reunions, vacations, reunions, and a fun get away for you and all of your friends. Located only a short walk away from Bemus Point Ferry, you will also have lakefront access complete with docks for your boat and fishing leisure. A large front yard, porches (upper and lower), fire place, and grills are all a few of the perks that come along with our rental. The space Our lake house is split into two "houses" but they can be accessed from one side to the other, making it perfect for a multi-family stay that enables as much privacy or interaction as needed. There is a beautiful space located on the upper floor that has a balcony overlooking the lake, a kitchenette and a jetted tub in the full bathroom. All of the linens, towels, and washcloths are provided and are included in the cleaning fee (some rentals charge a separate fee). Both kitchens are fully stocked with the essentials such as silverware, plates, cookware, and basic kitchen tools such as coffee makers, toasters, etc. Enjoy a peaceful lakefront view while sipping your coffee on the upper deck or either one of the lower porches-or from the seating on the dock! There are yard games to enjoy located on the front porch closet, and board games located in the bedroom closet and under the dining room table. Ted. Guest access The front and backyard, docks, and porches are all yours to enjoy during your stay. You are welcome to use the driveways on either side, but as that you stay off of the lawn and alongside the house as one drive is shared with the neighbor. The garage is off limits.
