Guest access This is a gated and secure community. Guest will receive an access code to their condo and key fob/gate opener to enter the complex. Guest will have 2 reserved parking spots for their stay. Other things to note We want you to be comfortable during your stay. Please note that the thermostat works on a "Chill Water System". The system reverts back and forth from heat to cooling depending on the outside weather. The heat comes on when it is 58 deg. F outside. If you do not wish to have heat, please turn it off. The cool comes on when the outside temperature is above 58 deg. F. If you do not wish to have cool air, turn off the system at the thermostat located in the hall or living room.
