Chufi's House

Hello, welcome to Chufi's House! Here at home you feel at home to have access to everything, kitchen, living room, balcony, swimming pool! I am located near Panamby Park, close to Jardim Sul mall and easy access to Marginal Pinheiros Nações Unidas. At the end of Giovanni Gronchi Avenue is Morumbi Stadium, which has a direct bus about 10 minutes away. Here it is very nice, there is an incredible green, we feel like we are in the countryside, next to the house there is a bakery, market, pharmacy, restaurants and bars:) The space The apartment is spacious, with an open kitchen where we can share dinners! You wake up with a bird singing because in front of the house there is a beautiful reserved area... The bedroom has a very cozy bed and a bathroom just for you. On hot days you can go to the pool and cool off! Guest access Guests can access all areas of the apartment. Laundry, kitchen, dining room, TV room, balcony, barbecue (book in advance and pay the fee) pool, gym. During your stay Guests can feel free to talk to me, if they are more reserved, I will be too, it's up to you! Other things to note I'm hardly ever home, so guests might be lucky enough to have the place to themselves! I leave clean sheets and towels! You can do laundry using the washing machine if you want too! :)
