MODERN luxury villa in a CONTEMPORARY style.  Located in Gosier, close to the village, the "Villa MILA JOY" is in the center of the butterfly island. Its geographical location and layout make it an ideal place to stay to visit both Basse-Terre and Grande-Terre but also to rest in peace, enjoy a swim in the pool, play a game of ping-pong in the garden or why not, relax with a good novel on the roof terrace. The space The Villa "MILA JOY" was designed with the desire to make it a pleasant, friendly place to live, with several lounges allowing everyone to find their happiness. Its large 10-meter swimming pool runs along the terrace with a dining area. You can also cross the pool to reach a covered lounge equipped with vertical blinds to protect you from the sun or rain. A large bathtub supplied with hot water is located in the garden to relax while observing the stars. The VILLA MILA JOY is fully open to the outside. It allows you to live outside and enjoy the garden, lulled by birdsong. The villa is a place of peace and serenity. Interior comfort is not sacrificed, there is a cozy living room where you can watch TV or rest while watching goldfish in a pond. The kitchen is open to the terrace, it is fully equipped, you will cook while being close to your own. The master suite faces the pool.  Upstairs, we have installed an office that will allow you to work if you are on a business trip. The internet connection is very good, we have fiber optics. The upstairs terrace offers you a new relaxing area with a bench that can comfortably accommodate 6 people. At this level, you will have two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Each room is equipped with air conditioners.  A library, a turntable with vinyl records are at your disposal in a spirit of sharing and conviviality, in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Please take care of them!  A 1400-liter tank will allow you to never run out of water. Quiet area close to useful shops (bakery, organic grocery store, gas station, Leclerc, pharmacy... are a 3-minute drive away. Guest access Secure parking will allow you to park 1 car. A vehicle is recommended to fully enjoy Guadeloupe. Other things to note It is important to note that this villa is not suitable for young children, it requires great vigilance, there are bumps, stairs and direct access to the pool, all the rooms of the villa are open to the pool, there is no bay window.
