A 10-minute drive to Hwy 76, 20-minute drive to SDC & 5-minute drive to Tablerock -Ground level entrance -Access to Lake Taneycomo in Pointe Royale Neighborhood amenities: -3 pools and hottub -Tennis/pickleball courts, 18-hole PGA golf course, bar & grill, nature trail + No smoking in condo or within 10 ft of buildings Boat & trailer parking not permitted The space Note: As this condo is located within a shared building, guests may occasionally hear normal sounds from neighboring units. Items NOT Provided — Consider Bringing: -Coffee -Shampoo, conditioner, body wash -Cooking oils -Foil & cling wrap -Pool towels (available upon request prior to arrival) Guest access The guard house will issue you a parking pass when you first arrive. Parking passes need to be visibly displayed on your dashboard at all times while you are on Pointe Royale property. Each vehicle in your party will need all of the reservation details (Building and unit number and dates of stay) to get a parking pass and be let through the guard gate. There is ample parking outside the building & you may park in any space that’s convenient for you, there are no assigned spaces. Please make sure your parking pass is always visible and do not park outside of any designated parking spaces, as you may be towed or ticketed at your own expense.
