Guest access Guests have access to entire unit Other things to note *steep stairs *second floor unit *It is illegal to grill on balconies or within 10 feet of apartment buildings *FYI: Some of the neighbors smoke marijuana and you can smell it outside of the complex. I can not control what the neighbors do inside their units.
