The space Upper floor: It has 3 bedrooms (1 suite) All with ceiling fans and a beautiful view of the mountains. - Bedroom 1 (suite) - 1 double bed and dresser. - Bedroom 2 - 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed and niches for storing personal belongings - Bedroom 3 - 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed and niches for storing personal belongings. - 1 bathroom. Lower floor: - It has a TV room with a 4-seater sofa, 2 armchairs and a wonderful 55-inch smartTV. I give guests access to my Netflix and HBO Max account. - Dining room with 2 large tables (6 seats each) - Kitchen equipped with household utensils, microwave, blender, mixer and orange squeezer. - 1 bathroom. Guest access The house is located 15 minutes by car from the beach and 6 minutes by car from the shopping center where you will find markets, bakery, restaurant, pharmacy, ice cream parlor, pizzeria, pet shop, newsstand, wine cellar and clothing store. The condominium has a walking track, bike path, fishing lake, boat and jet-ski facilities, an outpatient clinic and a food park. The beach is semi-private, so there are security guards and lifeguards from the condominium. There are also food and drink stalls with tables (on weekends, holidays and vacation periods). Other things to note *IMPORTANT NOTES: - Guests must bring their own bed linens, toiletries and towels. - We do not provide cleaning products during the stay. - The house must be delivered with clean and organized dishes and utensils in their proper places. - All garbage must be collected and placed in the external trash can in front of the house. - Your pet will always be welcome. - The condominium applies the law of silence, so loud noise is not allowed. - The pool has no guardrails. Therefore, it is the guests' full responsibility to care for children. - The amounts may vary according to the period and number of people, and may not exceed a total of 12 people. - Different rates for holidays, festive periods, and school vacation months.
