I am very easygoing and willing to accommodate requests to make your stay in my apartment as enjoyable as possible. I however must enforce condo regulations that expressly prohibit smoking and consuming any regulated substance within the building premises - not even on the balconies. No pets or live animals are allowed. Please reduce noise between 22:00 and 8:00.
