Very private area situated just 8 miles from downtown Springfield and less than 40 miles from downtown Columbus. Pool access. Plenty of recreational options including volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard, playgrounds, hiking trails, miniature golf, horseshoes, fishing pond and a 9-hole disc golf course. EV charging available via NEMA 14-50. Plus, a small dog park & no pet fees! The space Our newly remodeled trailers are beautiful and available to rent up to 29 nights at a time. Also provided are new quality linens (bedding, blankets) and bath/pool towels. Our trailer sleep up to 6 people (MAXIMUM 3 ADULTS). Bedroom area has a queen bed, living area has a fold out couch and there are 2 single “kids” bunk beds (bunk beds hold a maximum of 120 lbs with a 4 ft. maximum height and are not suitable for adults). Kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker (with complimentary coffee!), toaster oven, microwave oven, cooking pots/pans, dishes, spices; pretty much everything you would need. The trailer is located on an RV campground which will provide you access to the following shared spaces free of charge: Clubhouse with game room, outdoor pool, volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard, playgrounds, hiking trails, miniature golf, horseshoes, fishing pond, GaGa ball and a 9-hole disc golf course and more! Laundry facilities are available for use at a small fee. You will also have a private Airbnb Guest parking spot. Pets are welcome except for noisy and/or vicious pets which are prohibited. Pet dishes and a blanket are available for your pet's use. There is also a small dog park on the property where your dog can run and play. Free Wi-Fi is available. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the trailer and be able to use the outdoor common areas of the park. Other things to note *Bunkbeds have a maximum weight limit of approximately 120 lbs. Not suitable for most adults. * The trailer is cleaned and sanitized between every visit following Airbnb's "Enhanced Clean" guidelines. * Our pool is open between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day. Pool hours are Monday through Saturday 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. (weather permitting). * Our laundry room is open 24 hours a day. * Trailer is only available to rent from April through October. * 2 pet maximum. Pets must be less than 20 lbs.
