Close to UofU Full Kitchen Fast WiFi Private Yard

Beautiful back patio garden. Fast WiFi. Central air-conditioning. King Bed, big screen TV, electric fireplace, walk in shower, full kitchen. Laundromat is close. Easy walk to local restaurants. 20 minutes to the SLC International airport. 20 minutes to Park City and 35 minutes to world class skiing. 10 min to U of U, Primary Children's Hospital, as well as Huntsman Cancer Institute. 20 min to IMC. No off-street parking (plenty of free street parking) and no pets or smoking on property. The space This is a bungalow style house that is converted to a duplex. Completely separate entrances and back yard spaces. We are 35 minutes to Snowbird and Alta for world class skiing. 4 hours to Zion NP. We are near the U of U, Westminster College, and Liberty Park. A safe neighborhood with plenty of dining and shopping options just a few minutes walk. Safe for solo travelers. We are only 10 minutes to 5 area hospitals. Guest access You will have access to the front porch/entry and the back yard is fenced and separate from the other side of the duplex backyard. There is a small garden as well. I will need to schedule garden maintenance a couple of times a week. Other things to note There is no smoking on premise. This will result in a $500 fine. Although we love them, we are also a no pet property. If you have a pet, we can recommend some nearby places that will accommodate you and your furry friends. We have a kiddo with a pet allergy who lives in the other side of the duplex. This space also has a 2 person max occupancy. We love our place and hope you do as well. It was built in 1906 and recently updated, but there aren’t as many outlets as new builds. In the kitchen you may have to unplug something to use another appliance. (Coffee grinder, tea kettle, toaster... not the range and fridge!) And there are no outlets in the bathroom but there is one with a full length mirror in the bedroom. We have a water softener. Also, the water pressure is sufficient but definitely not hotel 2” water pipes pressure. If you have additional questions please let us know. With monthly stays, we reserve the right to enter premises mid-stay, with notice. We also will need to access the garden durning the summer months for weeding and maintenance.
