The double-sink full bathroom with tub/shower is clean and welcoming and comes provided with towels and soaps. Also included is the convenience of our in-unit full washer and dryer. The living area is welcoming and bright with charming little details throughout. There is plenty of natural light here and a comfortable couch on which to relax. Additional amenities include a dedicated computer desk with monitor and keyboard, board games, and books to enhance your stay. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area with seating for 4 will ensure delightful meals with a full-sized stove and oven, refrigerator, and fully stocked cooking essentials ready for your culinary creations. Outside you will find plenty of parking for two vehicles, an expansive wooded space with deer, red tail fox, wild turkey, other local fauna. The fenced in front yard is ready for entertaining and features a wooden patio, table with umbrella and chairs, and loungers for you to enjoy. Please no pets due to allergies and wildlife in the area. Other things to note * AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 25 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in. * We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc. * Please keep all trash secure in the bins in the driveway or inside of the guesthouse. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the neighborhood. * Pets are NOT allowed in this property as we like to keep this home pet-free to have a safe place for our guests with pet allergies and wildlife in the area. * No smoking (of any kind) is allowed indoors OR OUTDOORS DUE TO FREQUENT EXTREME FIRE HAZARD ALERTS IN THE AREA.
