Beautiful house with hot tub in Truro!

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The space Welcome to our Airbnb space! A peaceful hilltop house in residential community of Truro. Steps away from Victoria park, trails, and restaurants downtown are 4-5 mins drive.We hope you find it comfortable and enjoyable during your stay. The environment is quiet and peaceful, centrally located. The backyard is very private and quiet, often deers shows up. The main level: Open concept kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, range and a fridge. Small appliances are provided: coffee maker, waffle maker, instapot and Ninja air fryer. We have 65” television with access to Netflix. - We have a dedicated office room, a monitor is provided if guests would like to connect their laptop. Additional room is having a full/queen pullout bed, extra blankets and pillows are in the same room. - A common half bath with in suite washer and dryer. Second level: We have 3 bedrooms: - Master suite with queen bed and walk-in closet and full bathroom. - Secondary bedroom with queen bed. - Third bedroom with a twin bunk bed. - Common full bathroom. - A closet in the hallway is locked for supplies. Backyard and Screened porch: A private backyard with hot tub. It’s always on and 102F. Basement/Garage: The basement is not accessible to guests. The doors will remain locked, as a friend of ours resides there. Guest access Guest have their private access from front main door. There is free parking on the driveway and on curb side. We are happy to provide the following supplies for your convenience as complementary: - Coffee, Tea, Sugar - Salt and Pepper - Basic spices - Cereals - Pasta - Pancake mix - Rolled Oats - 2X toilet paper per bathroom - 2X bath towels, 2X face towel and -2X hand towel per guest. -8 Hot tub towels - kept in laundry room. - Shampoos and conditioner - Body wash - Washing liquid - In unit washer dryer - Dishwasher pod ******IMPORTANT NOTE****** 1. No pets allowed. Guests who violate this policy will be fined for professional cleaning. 2. No smoking inside the house or on the screened porch. Guests who violate this policy will be fined $250. 3. Dishes must be cleaned before check-out. 4. Please update the correct number of guests while booking.
