This stylish accommodation is perfect for couples, families, professionals who work in the Bonn area or trade fair visitors in the Cologne-Bonn area. The apartment is located in a newly renovated house with a terrace and access to the garden and forest. Very quiet location about 3 km from Bad Godesberg. From there there are good train connections to all major train stations in Germany. Logistically well located - CologneBonn Airport is approx. 30 km away. Motorway A 565 and A 552 3 km away. The space The very spacious, bright and quietly located apartment has everything you need in everyday life. Free parking spaces are available in front of the house. A charging port for electric cars is also available (The current electricity price is €0.40/kWh). The directly adjacent forest (Kottenforst nature reserve) with paved paths is ideal for cycling, hiking, walking the dog or roller skating. In autumn you can collect mushrooms very well here. The apartment can also be used for family celebrations or bachelorette parties - however, I do not want excessive parties with lots of alcohol and noise here!!! Recently, there have been an increasing number of bookings where the number of guests was incorrectly stated. Bookings were officially made for two people, but ultimately three, or often even four, people stayed there. This is simply unfair, and in the event of damage, it could cause problems for the guests with Airbnb's insurance. I reserve the right to submit a claim to Airbnb for the actual number of guests! Guest access The apartment has its own entrance - access is also possible from outside via the terrace. Independent check-in is possible. The key is in a key box - the code for this will be communicated shortly before check-in. The terrace is approx. 80 square meters and is only available to guests of the apartment. There are benches and a table on the terrace - ideal for spending time outside and for barbecuing. A grill is also available. Important information for wheelchair users. The apartment is only partially suitable for wheelchair users, as the ramp to the outside terrace is relatively steep. There is also only a bathtub with shower and there are no grab handles on the toilet. Other things to note The apartment is very quiet and there is no noise at all, such as from passing cars. The apartment features a large winter garden with huge glass fronts offering direct views of the adjacent forest. The forest is accessed via a small bridge over a stream. The door to the forest can be opened with a separate key. The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a new, comfortable, large double bed (king-size box spring bed 200 x 200 cm), ideal for two people. There are also three sofa beds in the living room and winter garden, as well as a large, automatically inflatable airbed and a new innerspring mattress, so a total of nine guests can sleep. This would be the recommended maximum occupancy. A baby cot is also available. Fresh bed linens and towels are provided on site; guests do not need to bring their own. All necessary cleaning products and washing powder are also provided. There is a new washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a refrigerator with freezer, induction stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The modern Jura fully automatic coffee machine allows you to prepare a variety of coffee specialties such as espresso, cappuccino, late macchiato, etc. Coffee beans for the machine are, of course, provided. The living room features a very large flat-screen TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix access, and a soundbar. An Xbox for online gaming is also connected. Outside on the terrace, there is a grill, as well as beer benches and chairs.
