The space This is an apartment with independent access from the main house. We have four very bright and cozy rooms. We are in a bustling residential area during the day, quiet at night, and safe. We have high-speed Internet connectivity. Your room has a double bed, kitchenette, closet, desk, and private bathroom. We provide towels, sheets, and weekly cleaning. Additionally, each guest has a designated storage space for food. The kitchenette and bathroom are private. Going up the stairs through a spiral staircase, there is purified water available in the kitchen. There's a shared terrace with a table, chairs, an umbrella, and a small succulent garden inspired by Frida's house. Our cleaning service performs careful weekly maintenance of the rooms, including changing sheets and towels. We also share your environmental commitment, so we try to separate waste and have water-saving showers. We are located south of the city, just five blocks on foot from the Nativitas metro station, which is the fastest route to downtown. We also have the Ethiopia and Eugenia metro stations nearby and the Metrobus on Xola Avenue. There are plenty of small restaurants, cafes, public transport routes, and markets in the surrounding area. You'll feel very comfortable during extended stays. You'll live alongside students and remote workers from all over the world in a respectful environment. And for added diversity, the owner is LGBT. Communication with me and the house staff is smooth, and we will seek to ensure your comfort. Your personal room comes with a double bed, kitchen, closet, desk, and private bathroom. We provide towels, sheets, and weekly cleaning. Additionally, each guest has designated storage space for food. During your stay Rosita, the house manager, is available from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm in the mornings. I, Manuel, am available in the evenings from 9:00 pm and on weekends. Other things to note - Check-in is available after 2 pm and until 6 pm. For arrivals outside these hours, prior coordination is required and an additional charge of 100 pesos will be applied. - Storing luggage or bicycles increases the accommodation cost by 5% and 10% per day, respectively. - We provide one hand towel, one body towel per person, and two rolls of toilet paper per week. If more is needed, please purchase. - We are sharing our home with guests and will do everything possible to ensure they are comfortable. In some situations, we might need to purchase additional personal items or cooperate in the household community. - For everyone's peace of mind, we have a security camera monitoring the entrance. - Parties are not allowed. Moderate alcohol consumption is permitted, without disturbing other guests. - This is a smoke-free home. You can smoke on the terrace, dispose of cigarette butts in the trash, but marijuana consumption is not allowed. - Please do not light incense or candles for fire safety reasons. - The apartment is cleaned once a week, on Thursdays. On this occasion, sheets and towels are changed. - It may be possible to hear city noises, as well as the water pump at certain times of the day or night. -I don’t recommend leaving the car on the street; it’s better to find a nearby parking lot to leave the car safely.
