Two cabanas with king-size daybeds, six sun loungers, built-in barbeque, and a spacious fire pit area create plenty of places to relax and entertain. It's fully gated for privacy with a spacious backyard. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Palm Springs, the home provides both privacy and convenient access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Other things to note Minimum Age Requirement (City of Palm Springs Regulation) Per City of Palm Springs ordinance, the person making the reservation and signing the rental agreement (Responsible Person) must be at least 25 years of age and must be present for the duration of the stay.
