Reach Midtown Manhattan (e.g., Times Square or Grand Central) in 40-45 minutes on the F train to Rockefeller Center or via transfers. Buses and Citi Bike stations are also plentiful for local exploration. Whether you're heading to work or sightseeing, this location keeps you connected without the chaos. Guest access You have full access to the first floor level of our home with your own private entrance. Per New York City's short term rental regulations, we do live in the house with separate access to leave and enter so not to disturb your stay and we're able to provide you with a maximum amount of privacy for your stay. Other things to note * We kindly ask for no heavy cooking or oils to keep the space fresh—light meals are perfect! *Please no smoking inside—let’s keep the air clean for everyone. * We’d love for you to tidy up after yourself—thanks for helping us maintain the vibe! * Pets are welcome with a small fee—just let us know ahead of time so we can say hi! * Please follow our easy "Trash Guidelines" to keep things running smoothly. * This is a classic Brooklyn townhome, so you might hear footsteps or chatter from upstairs. We’ll do our best to keep it quiet—feel free to reach out if it bothers you, and we’ll sort it out! * Our outdoor space is limited, so trash and recycling cans are near the entry—sorry for the cozy setup! * The folding cot and sleeper sofa might not suit everyone—please check before booking to ensure a comfy stay. The apartment is slightly below ground, so it can feel a bit humid in warmer months—no worries, we’ve got dehumidifiers! Registration Details OSE-STRREG-0001807
