The space ⭑ Views, views, views... ⭑ A 1800-sq. ft off the grid house with large deck at gated 20+acre estate, on the top of the ridge overlooking Morgan Hill - Gilroy valley. ⭑ Satellite internet access via Starlink for your convenience. ⭑ Ample seating areas both indoors and outdoors. ⭑ The radiant floors and fireplaces keep the entire house warm and cozy at coldest California nights ⭑ Outdoor BBQ grill: "folks gotta eat".... ⭑ Firepit patio for cozy evenings under the stars ⭑ Game Room for some friendly competition ⭑ Telescope - explore the cosmos, revealing the wonders of the night sky. ⭑ Fast Starlink internet for fruitful workations, ⭑ Join us @red.barnview for more glimpses into our slice of paradise Guest access ⭑ Road to the house: Last 10 miles from HW101 uphill are pretty windy (though picturesque, a lot of vista points). Last 1.5 miles (after community gate) of the road are unpaved (though very well cared) gravel road. If you are driving first time - please be sure to arrive at daytime, some of our guests were uncomfortable to make these 10 miles at night. We'd recommend to stock up with food before driving uphill - it takes 25-30 min to get to the nearest store. ⭑ - Off-the-greed house: Dear guests, please be advised: our house is 100% off the grid - we have electricity from solar panels and then batteries, heating from propane fireplaces and radiant floors, water from a well, separate sewer with septic, Internet is provided through long-range Wi-Fi and satellite internet via Starlink. Also, please note, we do not have an EV charger available, so plan accordingly for your electric vehicle needs. Our guests are expected to be ready to control electricity consumption and turn on/of backup generator if needed (of course we provide the comprehensive instructions) ⭑ Outdoor Amenities: A lot of parking space (10+ cars). Spacious outdoor deck with up to 12 sitting places. Guest can use propane BBQ grill, propane firepit surrounded by outdoor sofa and armchairs, standing propane heater for colder evenings. Our guest have access to well-cared 3.1” telescope that could provide nice views of the Moon, and planets (of course if weather permits). Big 2-3 place swinging bench for kids and adults. ⭑ Indoor : Our guest have the whole house in their disposal including a big living room with fireplace, 65" TV and a usual stuff like a big dining table, sofa, armchairs, chairs etc, 5 bedrooms, deck etc. Of course, we provide a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, coffee machine, toaster, teapot, dishes, etc. For a better look into our mountain world, follow us at @red.barnview. Description: This park offers several trails with scenic views of Anderson Lake and the surrounding hills. The trails are well-maintained and perfect for a morning walk. Coyote Creek Trail: Access Point: You can access the trail from Anderson Lake County Park. Description: This trail runs along Coyote Creek and offers a peaceful and scenic route for walking. It's a great place for a morning walk with gentle terrain and beautiful surroundings. Henry W. Coe State Park: Address: 9100 East Dunne Ave, Morgan Hill, CA 95037 Trailhead: Coe Headquarters Entrance. Description: This state park offers a variety of trails ranging from easy to challenging. The park's vast wilderness provides stunning views and a tranquil atmosphere for a morning walk. Some popular trails include the Corral Trail and the Springs Trail. Additionally, our Airbnb house is situated on a sprawling 40-acre property, giving you plenty of space to explore and enjoy the natural beauty right around the house.
