Welcome to the Dunn Houses on Elm Row, we are 15 mins, from CVG Airport and the Cincinnati/N.Kentucky area. We have the quaintness of a small town, but the ability to keep you busy. You can try your hand at slots, enjoy a concert, dine at one of many restaurants/bar, or enjoy nature with the bike/walking trail or the many parks locally. At the Dunn Houses, we will go out of our way to make your stay memorable. We hope when you stay with us, you experience what makes Lawrenceburg so special. The space The Dunn Houses on Elm Row are two very historic buildings in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. We are within walking distance to all local attractions including the Hollywood Casino and the Lawrenceburg Event Center. We are a 15 minute drive to the CVG Airport, 10 minutes to the Creation Museum and 20 minutes to Downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. Guest access We are currently in the process of remodeling the Dunn Houses so more space will be added throughout the summer, fall and next spring. We have a courtyard where you can use the outdoor Weber Grill and dine outside at one of the tables provided.
