House includes a master suite, pool table, covered patio with sitting area, Cornhole and BBQ grill, outdoor Hot-tub and plenty of street parking spots. The space House includes a master suite with king bed, 2nd bedroom with queen bed, 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 4th bedroom with trundle bed. House includes everything you need, smart TVs, which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels, Wi-Fi, washer & dryer and more. Kitchen is equipped with all cooking essentials and a drip coffee machine. This house is also suitable for babies and it includes a highchair and a pack ’n Play/travel crib. The high ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. This house has a pool table and it Includes a huge outside patio for sitting and enjoying the outdoors, outdoor Cornhole for play time, BBQ and a hot-tub, under a covered patio with plenty of street parking. I can assure you will love it! Guest access You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the backyard with BBQ area. There is also a private patio to sit and relax. Other things to note - House is 100% non-smoking. - Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. - Please, no loud music after 22:00. - Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request. - Hot-Tub will not be heated prior to your arrival. If you wish to heat it up, you can do so when checking in. Please note it will take a few hours for the water to heat. - We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $60 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases. - During your stay, I can connect you with recommended high-quality professionals who provide in-home treatments such as massages, facial treatments or private dining with a private chef.
