The space Chandelier Sky Mansion is a generous and luxurious retreat for guests looking for a truly exceptional experience. It offers four elegant bedrooms - two share a spacious marble bathroom and two have their own private bathrooms. The main bathroom features a marble bathtub, shower, illuminated sinks and a brass ceiling that creates subtle light reflections. The heart of the house is an impressive living space with a living Buccida Buceras tree planted in the water. The atmosphere is complemented by iconic lights by Kenneth Cobonpue, whose design also appears in Louis Vuitton projects. For relaxation and entertainment, there is an outdoor 6m swim spa, sauna, pool table, and in the summer season also an outdoor TV with sound system. From the terrace it is possible to observe the starting and landing planes, which is a popular experience not only for children. Chandelier Sky Mansion thus combines modern luxury, nature, design and a unique atmosphere in one unforgettable stay. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to all areas of the Chandelier Sky Mansion, including a spacious garden, relaxation areas and outdoor wellness. The swim spa is available to guests throughout their stay; due to the outdoor location and quiet hours, it can be used until 10:00 p.m. There is also an outdoor sauna, which can be booked for a fee of 100 EUR for 4 hours. Other things to note Please read the house rules on Airbnb carefully before you arrive. Compliance with them is essential for a comfortable and safe stay. All additional services, modifications and wishes (e.g. early check-in, late check-out, sauna, decoration, extra cleaning, extra towels, etc.) can only be ordered through Airbnb, in accordance with the platform's rules. Security deposit (Swikly – allowed via Airbnb API): A refundable deposit of €500 is required before arrival, processed through the secure Swikly service. As a professional host, we use the official API solution that Airbnb allows for pre-authorizing deposits outside the platform. This method is safe and fully compliant with Airbnb's rules. The deposit is only pre-authorized - no funds are deducted unless damage occurs. Pre-authorization fee: €7.45 (1.44% + €0.25), charged by Swikly. In case of damage: Swikly charges 5% + €0.25 for the administration of the amount deducted. If the deposit is not paid, the reservation may be cancelled. Swim Spa: The swim spa is mainly for swimming - it is not a jacuzzi. The standard temperature is 28 °C, maximum 31 °C depending on the weather. After each use, the cover must be fitted correctly to prevent the water from cooling down. Due to the outdoor location and night peace, the swim spa can be used until 22:00. Insects: The villa is located in a mature garden, so insects may occasionally appear. There are no dangerous insects in the Czech Republic. Please close the windows and doors during your stay. Guest registration: Before arrival, it is necessary to fill in a short registration form according to Czech legislation. We use a secure Chekin system that sends data directly to Ubyport (foreign police). Bedding: We prepare beds according to the number of guests listed in the reservation. If you prefer to sleep separately, please inform us in advance and we will adjust everything according to your wishes.
