Delightful one-bedroom apartment 150 meters from the finely renovated sea. The house is located in the renowned Riva del Sole, the village center is about 2 km from the house and can be reached through a fabulous bike path or bus with a stop in front of the house. The apartment has air conditioning, dishwasher, induction stove, oven. There is no parking inside, but free parking in the area. The full description in "Your place". The space The house was finely renovated 2 years ago. There is air conditioning, dishwasher, TV. The room is small, but equipped with all comforts and a large closet at your disposal. The windows are all double glazed, with mosquito nets and electric shutters that totally obscure the light. In the house you will find everything you need to cook, plus glasses of wine and a mocha for 3 people. In the living room, a twin sofa bed. Linens and towels will be provided, but not beach towels. The garden is shared with another apartment, but you will have your table available to eat out and a clothesline to spread out. In the garden, there is a wooden house with a laundry room. On request you can use two old working bicycles or near the house there is a shop that rents bicycles and e-bikes. In front of the house is the shuttle stop that runs every hour until midnight. Parking around the house is free but in high season during the sea times it can be difficult, but 350 meters away there is paid parking. A few meters away, bathing establishments, bars, a small supermarket, tobaccos and an excellent free beach. A tourist tax of one euro per day is required for each guest.
