Brand New Beautiful Room in a Stunning Beach House

Welcome to this beautiful, brand-new, ex-display home near the beach. This home is stylish, spacious, bright and comfortable. It is in a great location with everything you need at the doorstep. Local shops and cafes are nearby. It is 1min drive (15mins walk) from the beach and 5mins drive (20mins walk) from Bulter train station. The train goes directly into Perth city which is 40mins away. Area is safe and parks are close by. National parks and walking / biking trials are within 30mins drive. The space The house is an ex-display home, well designed and delicately finished with a style. You are welcome to relax in your own quiet bedroom, you have access to your own bathroom and a separate living room if you prefer some down time. You are also welcome to join us in an open space living/ dining / kitchen area, we often sit in the sun for a cuppa in our massive outdoor sitting area too. We are an easy going retired Chinese couple with our little dog Bolt. He is well behaved and very friendly. Guest access As well as your room, bathroom and a separate living, you are welcome to use our fully equipped kitchen, laundry and outdoor area.
