Chatwin is a guesthouse with 5 bedrooms. A home for travelers to discover this corner of the Mediterranean. The owner lives upstairs, happy to guide her guests in discovering the city and the neighborhood. Bright common areas, works of art by Sicilian artists, a relaxing and very green garden and a kitchen available for breakfast (on request) and snacks make this house a place to rediscover the word travel. The space Upon your arrival in Via Monfalcone, you must enter the courtyard of the property at number 52 and always head with the car to the left side of the inner courtyard, at the end of which you will find a second entrance gate, that of Chatwin. You can park the car on the left side, near the wall with the vines. Please don't park in front of the gate. Guest access Guests can use the kitchen in the afternoon as a common room (but not for cooking) together with the living room in the center of the apartment and of course the garden, always taking care to maintain the quiet of the place in respect of all guests :-) During your stay I live in the same building on the first floor, guests can still contact me at the number provided by Airbnb at the time of booking. Other things to note There is a kitchen available to guests for breakfast, with a coffee maker and in the refrigerator a shelf is dedicated to all guests with jam and fruit juices. There are also cookies and rusks on the sideboard. On the other shelves of the fridge, each guest stores their things respecting the space of others. Very important! We ask you to separate waste according to municipal rules. Under the kitchen sink you will find bags for glass, paper and plastic. Near the refrigerator, instead, is the small box for organic waste and the larger one for unsorted waste. Dishes should be washed after breakfast, thanks. You can use the kitchen to work on the computer during the day, but you can't cook meals other than breakfast. After 9:30 p.m., it remains closed so as not to disturb the peace.
