Bedsitting room in family home

We call this 'The Den' as its a chill out area in a side extension of the house with direct access to the large garden. Bright sunny room with bed, sofa, desk and large flat screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime as well as Freeview. I myself used the den all through Covid as it was a private space. It has its own toilet with wash hand basin. Bath/shower is shared with one other. Shared kitchen, use of dining room to eat. Own dedicated fridge in the kitchen.
