Description
Picture this: a cozy teak single bed with a luxury mattress topper that'll make you feel like you're sleeping in a cloud. Need to get some work done? Make a Starbucks coffee in the kitchen and get to work at your spacious desk area with ultra fast 1.5 gigabit internet. When it's time to relax, there's a 42" Smart TV (Netflix, Prime and Bell TV) for all your entertainment needs. Plus, forget about living out of a suitcase - the full wall unit is perfect for storage and hanging all your clothing! The space A two story, detached brick Victorian house in the ‘up and coming’ Sherman North area. The three rooms are located in the self-contained upper level. High frequency (every 10 minutes) bus service to Hamilton centre (a 13 minute trip) is literally steps from the front door. Quick access (10 minutes by car) to the QEW Highway for Toronto or south to Niagara Falls. Free 24h parking on the street (note parking rule signage). 5 star dining, entertainment and shopping just around the corner. Tim Hortons Field is nearby (a 12 minute walk). See my Guidebook for more local details. Guest access The unit (of three private rooms) is self contained with a private entrance. Guests have keyed lock access to the room they have booked, and shared access to the hallway, dinette, full bathroom, kitchen and upper deck. Smart lock access on the entrance door makes check-in easy. During your stay I’m happy to interact with guests but I'll take your lead. I live in the separate, main floor unit in the house and am always available by phone, text or Air BnB messaging. I strive to provide a 5 star experience so please don't hesitate to contact me with any requests, questions or concerns during your stay. Other things to note No visitors allowed inside without prior consent. This is for the comfort and security of all the guests, thanks for your understanding.
