The Verde Mar Condominium is located on the seafront on the paradisiacal beach of Ponta de Mangue, in Maragogi. Bungalow 10 is located in the second row of the Condominium. The Verde Mar Condominium consists of 25 bungalows. The leisure area consists of a swimming pool, garden, children's playground, game room and soccer field (grass). The bungalow is fully furnished, and we provide bed and bath linens, subject to conditions in the contract. The space Bungalow with ocean view and balcony. It accommodates up to 14 people (children are already included). All rooms are air-conditioned. The bungalow has 2 floors. On the upper floor are located 3 en-suites, two of which equipped with a double bed and two single beds each. The third suite is equipped with a double bed. On the ground floor, there is 1 bedroom that is equipped with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. On the ground floor, there is a social WC in addition to an American kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, freezer, dishes and cutlery, and a living room with a table for 4 people, sofa and TV. Outside, there is a kiosk and a barbecue grill. And the exit to the beach has no road in front. Other things to note We DO NOT accept excursions, vans, minibuses or anything like that; The LESSEE exempts the LESSOR from any and all liability for accidents to persons who are staying or using the leased property both indoors and outdoors; The LESSEE must observe the legal period of silence from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. the next day; Outside the property, no sound is allowed that bothers the neighbors.
