Welcome! You will enjoy this spacious and quiet accommodation. We have a complete kitchen for cooking. In the kitchen there is a dining table that invites you to get together. In summer you can sit outside, barbecue and enjoy the evening. It gets really cozy in winter when you light the stove and enjoy the pleasant warmth. The apartment is centrally located: 5 minutes to the highway, 15 minutes to Nuremberg East, 15 minutes to climbing rocks The space There is a bedroom with 2 beds. In addition, a living room with 1 bed. A sofa bed would also be available for emergencies. The kitchen is fully equipped and can be used. There is central heating available. In the kitchen with dining table, the additional wood-burning stove makes it cozy and warm. After two hundred meters you are in the middle of nature; three hundred meters to the edge of the forest. The Schnaittach highway ramp to the A9 is 5 km or 4 minutes away - from there it is a quick trip north or in 10 minutes to the outskirts of Nuremberg East. From the apartment to the trade fair it is 30 minutes by car. After about 8 minutes, you will be at the Nuremberg motorway junction - towards Würzburg or Regensburg. In the northeast, Franconian Switzerland and the Franconian Jura are immediately adjacent - you can climb or hike there. In the southeast, there are bicycle tours (e.g. 5 river paths). Public transportation is limited - your own car provides the necessary flexibility. For bad weather, we have the following options: - Climbing without a rope from 9 am - 10 pm in the boulderia in Neunkirchen/Brand (15 min) - Swim in the spa in Hersbruck (15 min) - Visit the cities of Nuremberg, Fürth, Erlangen, Pegnitz, Bayreuth; all with large shopping centers and reachable in less than 30 minutes Guest access Parking is available in front of the house. Access is via a separate front door. In the apartment there is a bedroom, a living room with a bed, a kitchen with a dining area, a private bathroom and an additional toilet. The garden with the seating area is also included. A grill is available.
