Apartment in a detached house

Detached house in a very quiet building area with playground as the closest neighbor. Short distance to the lake, about 400 m to walk, here you will find the marked coastal path and several beautiful beaches. 25 minutes to the Zoo, 30 minutes to both Kristiansand and Arendal. In the middle of the smørøyet! 600 m to the Bible School, and a short distance to the store/Grimstad city center. Please note that there is a slightly steep staircase up to the living unit, this place is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users. The space The apartment consists of: - a spacious and bright living room with TV and piano - a well-equipped kitchen with cozy seating - bright and nice bathroom with shower and washing machine - 2 bedrooms, both with double beds - large porch with outdoor furniture, west facing Guest access The apartment is on the 2nd floor, it is therefore unfortunately not wheelchair friendly. Private entrance (in the living room). There are three students living on the ground floor of the house. My son and I live here the rest of the year (therefore the apartment has everything you need ;-). We have a small hypoallergenic dog. It is possible for you to bring pets (small). Other things to note For the sake of our neighbors, I don't want any parties in the house.
