The space The panorama of the beach, ocean, and mountains are all in your view with plenty of tropical breezes. It truly has one of the best ocean views in town. The building has a beautiful rooftop pool and gazebo on the 8th floor, with plenty of chairs and loungers on the sundeck area to fulfill all of your tanning needs. Be sure to bring your camera and binoculars as you take in the magnificent views of the ocean and surrounding area. La Palapa Restaurant is located on the beach level, offering upscale, casual, open-air dining and beach club service to aid in your relaxation as you admire the spectacular views while on vacation. Condo 104 has all the extras of home, including local fabrics, original art, beach towels, toiletries, hairdryer, iron, 50" Smart TV, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi Internet.  Our spacious living area is exquisitely furnished with an elegant dining room and a pleasant sitting area with reclining leather sofas. As this is a corner-unit condo, you’ll adore our floor-to-ceiling walls of windows, providing you with a superlative view of the beach and ocean. The balcony has a table that seats four and is the perfect place to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. There are two luxurious bedrooms, both with air conditioning and ceiling fans. The master bedroom welcomes you with a comfortable king-size bed, equipped with an ensuite bathroom with an additional bathroom air conditioning unit. The second bedroom also has a kingsize bed and tons of closet space. The kitchen has all new appliances, including a toaster oven, blender, coffee maker/ Keurig duo, in addition to all the pots, plates, and cutlery you’ll need to prepare any meals. We’ve also taken care to leave enough local touches, though, so that you’ll know that you're on a Mexican vacation. To maintain our home's high quality, pets are not allowed, and there is no smoking permitted anywhere on our property, including the balconies. 
 There is maid service six days per week (excluding Sundays and Mexican Holidays), and the front desk is staffed 24/7 for your safety and convenience. While staying at our beachfront condo, you can expect a stress-free, relaxing vacation, where your biggest concern should be choosing where you’re going to dine each night.
 Treat yourself to luxury on the beach, and you'll join our many friends and travelers who rent with us year after year. Guest access You'll be able to use the whole condo, except for one little storage closet where I store supplies. Other things to note We do not charge a cleaning fee, so the maid is not tipped out by us during your stay. If you are happy with the service, any tip given directly to the maid is greatly appreciated.
