Get the entire home for a perfect place to relax, enjoy, and unwind after a long trip. This family home has 3 bedrooms (4 beds plus sofa bed) & 2 baths. The home has an open concept living area with an adjoining dining room, full kitchen, a coffee bar, and a gas fireplace. The back glass door off the dining room will lead you outside to the backyard where you can relax in the comfort of your private patio or take a dip into the pool! Back yard with propane fire grill, table, and chairs for relaxing environment. This Gem is within driving distance of many populated restaurants, bars, cafes, a bowling alley, shopping stores, Ft Bliss, and a lot of other good places to visit. Jenny and Gilbert’s home is waiting to help you and your family feel at home. If there is anything you need during your stay from us, we are right around the corner. Guest can access the property anytime after checking in time. The whole house is yours to use. Guest can park outside the driveway, which is very safe. Other things to note GUEST: Maximum occupancy is 6 people (including children). Violating this rule may result in cancellation with no refund. Only guests listed on the contract may be on the stay property. Any extra guest not on the reservation staying overnight will be charged $75 per person per day.. Please identify all guests. POOL/JACUZZI: Pool/Jacuzzi heat IS NOT included in your reservation cost. Please inquire about pricing at least 24 hours prior to arrival as this will need to be arranged ahead of time. **The pool is seasonal. Open: May - October This stay is only suitable for children and adults that are proficient in swimming. By booking this home all guests agree to and acknowledge the following: I recognize and understand that staying in someone’s home and choosing to use the swimming pool involves certain risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury of death resulting from pool use and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area. As with all pool areas, please monitor your children and guests. Encourage your children to play responsibly and not run and horseplay. POOL EQUIPMENT: Guests are not authorized to change the pool settings, handle the pool equipment or gas heater. Doing so may damage pool equipment. (Only the pool lights are allowed to be turned off and on) Violating this rule will result in a $500 fine. PARTY/EVENTS: Disruptive gatherings regardless of size will result in cancelation of reservation and a $400 fine. Respect the neighbors! AMPLIFIED SOUND/ LOUD MUSIC: Portable speaker is not permitted on premises at any time. Violation will result in automatic cancellation with no refund. SURVEILLANCE DEVICE DISCLOSURE: There are surveillance cameras throughout the perimeter of the home and at the front door. There are no devices inside the home. FURNITURE: Moving and disassembling our furniture is forbidden. Moving furniture will result in a $500 fine. SMOKING: No smoking or vaping is allowed in the house. A fine of $400 will be imposed if there is odor of tobacco, marijuana, or cigar. PETS: No pets allowed. Violating this rule will result in a $400 fine. UNAUTHORIZED LATE CHECK OUT: A fine of $75 per hour will be imposed for unauthorized late check out. PRIOR TO LEAVING: • Remove all linens from the bed and place them in a pile on each bed. • Put all dirty bath towels, pool towels, and wash clothes in a pile in the bathtub. • Empty the refrigerator of any perishable items. • Take out all trash. You can place your trash bags in the large grey bin on the side of the house. (Driveway) • Clean all dishes and/or place them in the dishwasher and start the cycle before leaving. • Turn the thermostat up to 77 – help us conserve energy while the house is unoccupied. • Ensure you have all your personal belongings. • If you damaged anything during your stay, please let us know so we can correct it for our next guest.
