Built in 1906 with plenty of space to use up, this Duplex is a gem in a very central area and easy access to everything Seattle has to offer you during your stay. Perfect for a short weekend or a longer stay, this house has much to offer anyone looking for an authentic stay in the Seattle Central District. The space Built in 1906, this half (left) of the Duplex has been thoughtfully upgraded while also keeping its historic charm. New windows throughout, as well as new floors on the first floor, with original wooden floors upstairs. Electric black out blinds on every window with remote to control your level of light wanted. Central Heating downstairs as well as baseboard heating in every bedroom for more comfort as needed. Every bedroom has its own air purifier as well as the main floor. AC unit downstairs during summer months. New windows with screens allow for easy opening and closing to enjoy the mild spring and summer cross breezes. Bathroom was upgraded recently to offer a more modern experience and maximize the space. Also the addition of heated floors in the bathroom. Every bedroom has dimmable ceiling light, as well as a 6 adjustable level ceiling fan, luggage racks & clothing rack for your needs while traveling. Outside the private yard allows for a private space to gather with the gate providing peace of mind during your stay. It's the perfect place to enjoy time, whether it's hosting a festive barbecue with friends, enjoying a night by the firepit, or simply relishing the fresh Seattle air The Neighborhood: For driving distance, we are only: 1.0 miles away from Capitol Hill 1.1 miles away from Chinatown 1.6 miles away from Pike Place Market 2.2 miles away from Space Needle 1.4 miles away from Stadiums 2.5 miles from Climate Pledge Arena 3.3 miles from University of Washington 0.5 miles from Seattle University 1.3 miles from Downtown Seattle 1.2 miles from Convention Center Close to many restaurants, coffee shops, parks, public transportation, & supermarkets. Guest access You will have full access to your half of the Duplex, as well as the backyard & driveway during your stay. Please note, both the driveway and backyard are actually on the right side of the house behind the large wooden sliding gate. Other things to note Your side of the duplex is on the left. The right side is home to full time renters. They will be responsible and respectful to you; please also be respectful to them and abide by quiet hours. Secured parking spot is on the right side of the house behind the large sliding wooden gate. Please make sure gate and door to backyard is closed at all times. You will find gate instructions in your check-in details if utilizing. Wood fire pit is available.
