Villa Calima is a luxurious 3 bedroom, located in Puerto Calero, one of the most prestigious areas of Lanzarote and only a 5 minute walk to all shops, restaurants and bars located in the stunning marina. Villa Calima exudes an air of luxury and elegance, and offers a feeling of peace and tranquility, with outstanding panoramic sea and mountain views, and this luxury villa is the perfect choice for family or friends with everything you could wish for to make the perfect luxury villa holiday. The space As you enter the villa into the entrance hall, the bedrooms are to the left and consist of a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, with a large walk in shower, a twin bedroom (can be made a double) and another twin bedroom (can be made as a double) and a shared bathroom with large walk in shower. The top terrace and pool area can be accessed through patio doors from the master bedroom. To the right of the entrance hall, as you enter the villa, there is an entrance to a spacious open plan living area, dining area and kitchen and a utility room through a door from the kitchen. A patio door from the kitchen to the side of the property leads to an outside kitchen and BBQ area with a dining table for outside cooking and dining. From the entrance hall, directly in front there are patio doors that open up to the undercover terrace, the top terrace, and the pool area with various seating areas, lush gardens and spectacular sea and mountain views. Guest access Guests are able to access all areas of the villa. Other things to note This villa is only suitable for a maximum of 6 guests and is adult only (families with older children). We do not allow hen parties, stag parties or events. Smoking is designated to the outside areas A complimentary welcome basket is provided. The villa is prepared for arrival and departure clean is included in the price. All linen and towels are provided and pool/beach towels are also provided for you, and there is a washing machine at the property for your use. If you are staying for 10 nights or longer, as standard, you will also receive a weekly bed linen and towel change. We do also offer a chargeable housekeeping service during your stay, and if you would like the cleaning team to clean and carry out bed linen changes while you are staying, we offer this service for an additional cost. The cleaning service does need to be booked at least 7 day before your arrival, and if you are interested we can give you a cleaning quote dependent on your requirements. Check in and check out times are there to enable the cleaning team to prepare the holiday home and we ask kindly that you do not turn up early on your arrival day or leave late on your departure day (unless prior arrangement has been made with us). We can offer a guaranteed early check in or late check out (subject to availability) for an additional price of 50% of the property nightly rate, and this can be arranged at the time of booking or before your stay. If you prefer to take a chance, then the week before your arrival you can contact us to see if an earlier check in is possible, and we will try to accommodate this (subject to availability and depending if we have another guest vacating on the same day as your arrival), and the same for a later check out. The only way to guarantee an earlier check in or a later departure is to reserve and early / late check in and pay for this service.
