The space Live in the heart of Winnipeg's business district, within walking distance to Attractions, Museums, Canada Life, RBC Convention Centre, and True North Square. The unit has 2 bedrooms ideal for 4 people/ 2 couples on the 16th floor of the Glasshouse Sky Lofts building. Luxury at an affordable price En-suite Laundry Fully Stocked and Spacious Kitchen Comfortable Bed High-speed WiFi Accessible to food and delivery services Guest access The guest will be able to access all the amenities of the Glasshouse Sky Lofts. Including the 21st-floor rooftop lounge, the 24-hour gym, and the movie room on the 2nd floor. If the guest rents a parking spot on the parkade, they will have access to the 2nd floor connection so they won't need to go out of the building to go to the parking. Other things to note Cameras and Devices: 1. Security Cameras are located in common areas of the building (lobby, hallways, elevator, etc.) 2. No cameras and/or noise monitoring device/s inside the suite. Hosting Cancellation: 1. No smoking inside the suite and the building. 2. No excessive noise and/or parties in the suite and anywhere in the building. 3. No banned Illegal substances are allowed inside the unit. 4. No unregistered guests are to stay overnight. Fines and Penalties: 1. Late checkout (past 11:30 am) will result in a $ 100.00 fine. 2. Lost key fob will incur a $ 100.00 replacement fee. 3. Bringing pets/animals without permission will result in a $ 150.00 fine. 4. Violation of the no-smoking rule will result in a $ 250.00 fine. 5. Trashing the place will incur a cleaning fee based on the no. of hours the unit needs to be cleaned by a third-party cleaner to put it back to its original condition. 6. Any damage and destruction inside the unit and anywhere in the building caused by the guest will be charged to the guest (amount will vary based on the damage made).
