On the heights of the village of Cerdon in a quiet area, in a green setting at the foot of the hill, the Vieux Tonneau gîte completely renovated and tastefully decorated in a pleasant and quiet setting, welcomes you as a couple or family. The enclosed terrace, not overlooked, fully equipped (garden furniture, parasol, barbecue/plancha, foosball and sunbathing) will bring you relaxation and the possibility to have your meals in the company of birdsong. The space The upstairs accommodation includes a living room with a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge/freezer, SENSEO coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, steamer and raclette set, dishes and kitchen utensils. The dining area and the living room furnished with a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a living room lamp, a TV, a desk and pellet stove that provides heating for the cottage. Upstairs 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a second bedroom with 2 90 x 190 cm beds. A large bathroom equipped with a 100 cm sink, a walk-in shower, a washing machine, a changing table with bathtub... Toilets on both floors. 1 bath towel per person and 1 hand towel provided as well as hand towels The cleaning fee is added to the price of the stay, i.e. €25, it is the guarantee for you and us to rent a clean and well maintained house. Guest access Guests can use the entire property, except the attic. The house can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, we welcome you, and if you have any questions to ask us, we can inform you and provide the necessary details to have a pleasant stay. Non-smoking house except on the terrace. No pets allowed (even small ones) Before you leave: please strip the beds empty the dishwasher and tidy up the apartment. Other things to note The Vieux Tonneau gîte has been completely renovated, brand new, tastefully decorated, we ask for respect for the places and furniture so that it remains a pleasant place to live. We do not allow pets, sorry. We offer motorcyclists and cyclists the opportunity to park their motorcycle or bicycle in a locked garage. A pellet stove provides heating for the cottage, it is programmed according to the outside temperature, we ask that you do not touch it. You may be charged for troubleshooting.
