On the heights of the village of Cerdon in a quiet area, in a green setting at the foot of the hill the Gîte du Vieux Tonneau completely renovated and tastefully decorated in a pleasant and quiet setting welcomes you as a couple or family. The enclosed terrace, not overlooked and fully furnished (garden furniture, parasol, barbecue/griddle, foosball and sunbathing) will bring you relaxation and the opportunity to have your meals accompanied by birdsong. The space The upstairs accommodation includes a living room with a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction stove, fridge/freezer, SENSEO coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, steam cooker and raclette service, dishes and kitchen utensils. The dining area and living room furnished with a sofa, armchair, coffee table, living room lamp, TV, desk and pellet stove that heats the cottage. Upstairs 2 bedrooms, one with a 160x200 bed and a second bedroom with 2 90x190 beds. A large bathroom with a 100cm basin, a walk-in shower, a washing machine, a changing table with a bathtub ... Toilet on 2 floors. 1 bath towel per person and 1 hand towel provided as well as hand towels The cleaning fee is added to the price of the stay, i.e. €25, it is the guarantee for you and us to rent a clean and well-maintained house. Guest access Guests can use the entire property except the attic. The house can accommodate 4 people maximum, we welcome you and if you have any questions we can provide you with the necessary details for a pleasant stay. No smoking in the house except on the terrace. No pets allowed (even small ones) Before your departure: please strip the beds empty dishwasher and tidy up the apartment.
