Description
The Fireplace room is a private indoor space located on the second floor of a shared house. The room has a high ceiling and large windows providing south and west views overlooking the White Mountains. Our three-story bunk bed was built onsite using locally grown hemlock and our own pine, a showcase of unique NH woodcraft. The space 4 Beds (1 Double Futon, 3 Twin Bunks) Room comfortably sleeps 4-5 people. Electricity: Yes Heat: Yes Bathroom: Shared bathroom across the hall. Indoor token showers and indoor kitchen use available for additional fees. Our hot water is wood-heated; shower tokens are $3 for 3 minutes or $5 for 6. Each guest staying inside the main building will receive 2 complimentary tokens. Our outdoor solar shower is free to use. Outdoor kitchen is free for guests to use–it has electricity and running water, no cookware is supplied. Guest access CHECK-IN: Check in is between 5pm and 9:00 pm. Check in at the main house #218 Streeter Rd - We reserve the right to charge an additional $1/minute after 9:05pm for a late arrival fee. Any fees accrued must be paid upon arrival. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but highly discourage late night arrivals at our remote location. Quiet hours after 10pm. Swimming ponds, gardens, and trails galore! During your stay, we encourage you to explore the property. Streeter Mountain has its own mountain biking, xc skiing, and hiking trails in addition to our proximity to the White Mountains, and climbing at the Rumney crag. Our bike trails feature hand and machine-built features for riders of all skill levels. Guests are encouraged to recreate and restore amidst the natural beauty of our rural property, and explore our orchards and vegetable gardens. Fires only in communal fire pit across the street. Visitors have access to farm store, ponds, streams, communal fire pit and outdoor cooking areas. Wi fi is available inside the main building. During your stay This is a working farm so, even in the off-season, we are often busy. However we love meeting new people and answering questions about permaculture, sustainability and farming where we can.
