"3 houses" in a Normandy farmhouse with unique views

1/2 hour from the beaches of Deauville and Cabourg! 1.5 hours from the landing beaches! In the heart of the Normandy bocage, in the middle of the Pays d'Auge, Madeleine has created a unique place overlooking fields as far as the eye can see. In the midst of breeding foals, she offers a set of houses in a farm renovated with the utmost care. The space It is a group of houses that can accommodate many guests, all are within the same estate, i.e. a maximum of 18 people (including children, except baby in folding bed). Unfortunately, we cannot exceed this, no extra beds, no tent. PLEASE NOTE: The person who lives on site in the upper house (see map) is an elderly lady and there are young horses in the fields around. For this reason I would like to specify that outdoor parties, loud music or "before" parties are not allowed. Meals with family or friends are of course welcome but I must point out that they must be quiet. THE ANNEX – 13 people • 3 double bedrooms • 1 bedroom with 3 single beds • 1 living room with double bed •possibility of 2 extra single beds It is built in classic half-timbering. The interior is very welcoming with a large equipped kitchen and large old-style floor tiles. The living room is 35 square meters, with a large fireplace and logs provided. The living room is also equipped with a TV for rainy days and large antique sofas. Lovers of the countryside, and Anglo-Norman interiors will love the setting. The rooms are traditionally furnished, antique fabrics on the walls, antique quilts on the beds, good bed linen and thick duvets, carpet on the floor, antique furniture and very good heating. Private house within a beautiful estate of several buildings (the owners' house is 100 m higher, see aerial view). The house has a magnificent view of the valleys of the Pays d'Auge, nothing on the horizon, which is so rare, no noise. The house is quiet and overlooks a brick terrace with table and BBQ, and a large private garden, separated from the rest of the property by a hedge, for perfect privacy. Open-plan space of 40 m2, equipped kitchen, 140 cm bed (and possibility of a 2nd single bed), large refurbished shower, solid wood parquet, English and Norman furniture... THE BRICK HOUSE - 2 people 1 bedroom with 1 double bed It's another small building, attached to the pool, made of bricks and not timber. Neatly decorated in this charming little duplex, bedroom for 2 upstairs, 160 cm bed SWIMMING POOL. The 12 m long pool is heated from June 15 to September 15. Schedules may be shared with tenants of the other house in case of simultaneous rental. Given the proximity of the pool to the other buildings inhabited by the owners, BBQs and music are not desirable in this area. WINTER Although the photos are summery, know that this house is very nice in winter and other seasons, the view is always beautiful, the house is very comfortable and perfectly heated, the fireplace works perfectly, and wood is provided. Other things to note Dogs are accepted but please tell me what breed, because my mother has dogs too.
