Please note that the home has a separate basement suite and there may be other guests occupying the basement area, so we kindly ask all guests to adhere to quiet hours to ensure everyone's comfort and enjoyment. Whether you're savoring your morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening, the screened porch provides a delightful outdoor retreat for all guests to enjoy during their stay. Access to the home is provided through a smart lock system for added convenience and security. Other things to note Before booking, please take note of the following important details: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. A fine of $1,000 will be enforced for any violations of this policy. You are more then welcome to smoke inside the screen porch lounge. Unauthorized parties or events are not permitted on the premises. Any such activities will result in immediate cancellation of the booking without a refund, and a $1,000 fine will be imposed. The basement area houses a separate unit and is off-limits to guests. We kindly ask all guests to respect this boundary and refrain from attempting to access this area. Please be mindful that there are neighbors on either side of the home & that there may be a guest in the apartment below. Please be sure respect the designated quiet hours of 10 pm to 8 am.
