3B Family home near Dundrum

Welcome to our home in Dublin! Our 3 bedroom house is only available for a short period while we are away on holiday. Set in a safe, quiet and established estate near the Dundrum village and only a short walk from the Kilmacud Luas stop, it's a great base to explore Dublin and the Wicklow mountains as well. The Dundrum shopping centre is only a 10 minute walk and there are 2 Green Luas line stops nearby. There is a Supervalu in walking distance for your everyday groceries also. The space The house has 3 bedrooms but we will keep one room locked with our belongings. The master bedroom has a super-king bed (180x200) and the second bedroom has a double bed (140x200). The house has 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, living /dining room with 55"TV, cable TV & Xbox. One of the bedrooms also has a TV. Parking is free - on street parking available. Guest access Access to the whole house except one room where we will keep our belongings. Other things to note This is not a typical rental property - this is our home and we are renting it out while we are away on holiday. As such, we would expect the guests to take care of the house. There will be food, coffee and tea in the cupboard which you are welcome to use. Also, we have a dog (who will not be there during your stay) - in case you have any allergies you should know.
