Guest access Guest have access to the entire upper level of the cabin (with the exception of the owners closet), access to Double Twin-over-Twin bunk room (Little Dipper Room) on the middle level of cabin (Guests do NOT have access to 3 additional bedrooms on this level for this listing) and guest have access to the entire lower level of the cabin which includes indoor pool room, game room, theater room, hot tub, 1/2 bath and laundry room. ** Guest only have access to the 3 listed bedrooms (upstairs bedrooms and The Little Dipper Bedroom, twin-over-twin bunk room, on middle level) and do not have access to the additional 3 bedrooms located on the middle level of cabin. If guests gain access or use 3 bedrooms not available in this listing on middle level, an additional cleaning charge of $350 will apply** Other things to note Please Note** If a guest forces/access rooms not intended in this listing, guest agrees to pay an additional $350 cleaning fee for the use of additional rooms.
