Experience it all at Durango. This beautiful vacation resort is situated at the foot of the San Juan National Forest, just minutes from Needles Mountains and on the banks of the winding Animas River. Relive Old West Americana culture and enjoy access to all the attractions and outdoor offerings within the Animas River Valley, not to mention breathtaking canyons, deserts, and rivers. Durango guests enjoy access to hiking, skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, kayaking and mountain biking. The space This spacious one-bedroom resort suite measures approximately 380 square feet. You will enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom and one sleeper sofa in the living room. Additional amenities include a kitchenette and dining area. Maximum occupancy is four. Private sleeping area sleeps two. Starting October 1, 2023, there will be a $12.00 nightly parking fee for all Non-Owner Reservations. This will include all Rentals, Employees Rentals, RCI, Guest of Owners and Club Pass Reservations. Renovation Notice – Dates Subject To Change *The resort will be undergoing renovations beginning April 2 2024 - May 20, 2024. During this time, Owners Lounge, Game Room, Hot Tub Deck, Public Restrooms will be closed. *The resort is currently experiencing nearby construction directly across the street. From May 2023 - May 2025, there will be a one-lane closure for the entirety of construction to the main road leading to the resort and a full closure periodically. Additionally, construction noise will be ongoing from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. If you have any questions please reach out to the resort directly. This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. All units are assigned by the resort. Unit view, floor, and location of unit on property cannot be guaranteed. Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. Pricing and availability may vary. Since the resort maintains all the units, unit decor may vary slightly from photos due to resort updates and/or changes. Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's front desk will also ask for this information when you check in but obtaining this information before hand will expedite the check in process) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation.
