Room can be shut off from living room via barn door. 5. Movie style popcorn maker. Bathrooms Ensuite has a shower and the second bathroom tub/shower combo Towels, shampoo, body wash, hair dryer , steamer for clothes,porta crib, high chair and all more essentials. POOL & SPA We have a beautiful and relaxing heated pool and spa. In the months of January, February and March the pool is not able to be heated due to cold weather and ground not cost-effective for a guest. The spa is able to be heated in those months. We turn the spa on remotely, so give 30 minutes warning before you would like to use the spa. Spa is $30 a day Pool heated takes about 8 to 12 hours to get heated in the months of November through April we charge the day starting of heating to when pool is turned off. Pool heating $150 a day . The months from June till October the pool does not need to be heated. The weather is warm enough. The pool is a perfect temperature. Child safety alarms on doors going out to pool if needed Quiet time 10 PM There is a security camera in the backyard for safety of the pool. And safety for when the property is not being occupied. There are lifevest from infant, toddler and youth sizes. Pool toys, pool, games, outside games, Beach, cruisers, bike helmets, not supplies, bring yours, please fire pit, barbecue Enjoy the stars and the beautiful scenery 1 pool towel per guest is provided, please note that the bath towels are not to be used at the pool loop Guest access Entire Home, enjoy it as it is your own. Enjoy the bottle of wine and chocolates left for you at check-in. **Look out for special gifts from time to time. Movie style popcorn maker, fun All exterior doors have open door alert system.
