Welcome to your peaceful home away from home located in Marrietta Ga with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath. This cozy retreat boasts an abundance of beautiful natural lighting and ample space for you and your loved ones to relax and unwind. Located just 5 miles from Smyrna, 8 minutes from Marietta Square, 10 minutes from Truist Park and 20 minutes from downtown Atlanta. This tranquil escape offers the perfect balance of convenience and serenity. Come enjoy your comfortable stay in our inviting home. The space This is a ranch style home (no steps in the home) Theres 4 steps in the front, outside to climb to enter home. The backyard also has 4 steps to enter into this home. Guest access The entire home is avaliable for use. Other things to note We love our home and neighbors. Please be respectful of both, we ask that you keep outside activity down and no parties of any kind ie: birthday, bachelor/bachelorette, graduation, girls/boys trips. If guest are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guest will be responsible for that cleaning fee of $300 and guest will be asked to vacate the property, without a refund. We enforce the No party policy to ensure we protect the home, our guest and our neighbors. Check out is 11am. If additional time is needed, please inquire days before your check in. Late check out is not allowed and you will be charged accordingly. Pets are not allowed. There is a $100 per night charge for unauthorized pets, and additional charges for damages; soiled carpet/furniture, bedding, hair removal etc of pets. We encourage guest with service animals to contact us before their stay. We have cleaners who are highly allergic, and therefore will need to hire other cleaners. No smoking of any kind in the home: vaping, e-cigarettes, cigarettes, cigars, pipes, hookah and marijuana. Our housekeeper, host, cleaners are trained to identify these odors. If our investigation concludes that you have smoked in the home, you will be fined $500, and or evicted without any refund. Please acknowledge that you are in someone's home; you are not in a hotel. There will be some wear and tear. We try to replace/fix items as soon as possible, but sometimes things aren't immediately noticed. Occasionally we may leave consumables such as conidments or snacks left behind by previous guest if they weren't opened or empty. We try our best to ensure that items aren't expired or stale. However, ultimately it is up to the guests to use discretion. Host does not take responsibility for consumption.
