The size is 276 square feet. It is small but cozy in a nice rural neigborhood very close to Pinnacle Mountain State Park and Rattlesnake Ridge, an outdoor recreation area. Guest access You may use the whole space. There is an outdoor area behind the cottage that is still in progress. In front of the cottage is a sitting place with a fire pit and fish pond Other things to note The Kitchen has a sink, dishes, stainless ware, a refrigerator, and a combination air fryer/microwave oven. It also features a nice Ninja coffee maker and other amenities for cooking. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, and a shower with towels and wash cloths provided. For outdoor enthusiasts, Pinnacle Mountain State Park beckons with its scenic trails and canoeing opportunities, just a short stroll away. And with easy access to Little Rock, you'll discover a wealth of local amenities and activities to explore.
