Walk down the road to the famous Applecrest Farms, where you will find an array of activities year-round, or to Taylor River for kayaking or fishing in the summer, or ice skating in the winter! The space You'll find the space to be simple, clean and cozy - no frills! Downstairs features full kitchen, laundry, and living area with flat screen and working fireplace. 2 bedrooms upstairs each with closet space. Spacious yard area with seating and a chiminea fire pit. Rental includes heat, hot water, electricity, wifi, lawn maintenance, ice/snow removal, and use of YouTube TV, Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming services. Guest access Ample off-street parking available at the house. Other things to note Please note that the owners live on the property, but rest assured that your privacy is very important to them. They are available if need be but will otherwise not be entering into your space!
