The space The building that houses the apartment was formerly a tannery with a mill, then converted into a residential building for holidays. The building maintains its charm and history intact, with the stream that flows behind it and the lake in front, immersed in a green and bucolic environment. The apartment, located on the 3rd floor from the street level, completely renovated in May 2024, consists of a living area with a sofa bed (100x190 cm), a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer. A coffee pod machine and everything needed for cooking are available, including oil, salt, sugar and spices. A cot for children is available on request with a supplement of 10 euros. A shared garden is available for guests with a stone table and chairs. Lake view, garden and forest view from all the windows of the apartment. Quiet apartment reachable via 50 meters of private road. Exclusive covered parking space available to guests for bikes or small cars. To access the apartment there are two external flights of stairs that lead to the garden and an internal flight of stairs. The building does not have a lift and is therefore not suitable for wheelchair users. Other things to note The private parking space is small and can only accommodate one car or bicycles. If you wish to keep any bicycles in the parking space, you can park your car in the municipal parking lot 50 meters away. It will not be possible to park vans or large SUVs in the private space. Municipal parking is available free of charge 50 meters from the house. The tourist tax required by law (€ 1/day for each person > 13 years) must be paid in cash upon check out.
