Studio with mezzanine located in the municipality of Verson, 10 km from Caen and 30 km from Bayeux. Ring road access and nearby highway, all local shops. The accommodation is located on a private plot of 1500 m² with a beautiful garden. Our house is located right next to the studio. Ground floor: a living room with sofa bed, a kitchenette. Mezzanine with: 1 attic bedroom with a double bed. Note: access to the mezzanine via a Miller's ladder.
