AC in living room and one bedroom. The structure is really basic, cozy and rustic. It’s a really simple not renovated cottage. Yet, the privacy of being surrounded by forest, beautiful waterfront and nature are what this place offers. Water is fantastic for chilling and swimming. No annoying weeds around the dock, deep enough to jump off or use ladder. There is also a shallow entry point to the side of the dock. Two separate bedrooms (separating wall between the bedrooms doesn’t entirely reach ceiling). One bedroom has one bunk bed. Lower level is a double bed (maybe a queen). This room accommodates a couple on the lower bed and a child/ teenager adult above. 2-3 in total. Second bedroom has one single bed and one bunk bed (lower level is a double, maybe a queen). This room accommodates a couple on the lower bed and a child/ teenager adult above + an adult on the single. 3-4 in total. Cozy bathroom, smaller shower, hot water. Rural cell reception. Overall service is typically fine though one could expect rural reception interruptions and occasional slow internet speed. Sorry, cottage is pet free. No music. And again, lake is strictly non-motorized. Also, no four wheelers or motorbikes allowed on the property or on the surrounding paths.
