Luxury Cabin with AC, Kitchen and Natural Pool

The space The cabin has a living room and a kitchen (fully equipped with stove, coffee maker, oven, refrigerator and fully equipped) with a pantry, integrated into one room. It has a suite with a queen size bed, built-in closets and air conditioning. In addition, there is a deck with hammock and sun loungers, overlooking the river and the forest, visited by little monkeys and the most beautiful birds every day. 100 megabyte Wi-Fi, bathroom with strong shower, bed and bath linens included. Our pool is not concrete or fiber, it's better!! It's an amazing natural pool, super easy access, with a waterfall for a delicious massage. Not only cool off in the summer, here you will recharge all your energies. Note: Access is via a staircase leading to the cabin and the river. The parking lot and garden are shared with the main house. NOTE: Access only to the natural pool in the river, we do not have a traditional masonry pool for guest use. Guest access The guest will have exclusive access to the entire cabin (living room, kitchen and suite). Parking is available on-site. The apartment is perfect for immersion in nature, it has an incredible view of the river. Access by stairs! Other things to note As there is a wonderful tree inside the apartment, in the event of heavy rain, water may run down the trunk and drip onto the floor. The apartment has 2 dehumidifiers because of this. - 2 km from the Shopping Center (Praia do Perequê), bike path on the beach, restaurants, shopping, hotels, rental and classes for sailing, wakeboarding, stand up, kayaking, bicycles and other leisure activities. (5 minutes by car) - Distance from the Historic Center (Vila) or to the Ferry approx. 6 km (10 minutes by car). - Super central location, with easy access to the most beautiful beaches in Brazil. Distance to most (80%) of the island's beaches (except those accessible only by boat): maximum half an hour by car.
